New home buyers – While owning a new home is a great way to meet every detail of your dream, purchasing a brand new home has its gotchas. We will provide advice on home builders in KW and carefully screen each builder’s extensive contracts in order to protect you from many of their one-sided clauses.

Condo buyers – When you buy a condo, you are buying more than just a home. You are also buying relationship with a condo corporation! Having sold hundreds of condos in KW, we will provide professional advice about reserve funds, management firms, and which situations to avoid!
